This position may be filled at one of the following State Fund locations:   Fresno, Redding, or Vacaville . 

The Claims Processing Center has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Technician level. We are looking for high energy employees who excel at answering and resolving client inquiries through professional phone and non-phone interactions in a fast paced environment. These positions may be located in one of the following locations: Fresno, Redding, or Vacaville. Note: Currently these positions are work from home positions, which require fast and reliable internet in order to access State Fund’s network and applications. The positions may be transitioned to the office if the internet speed cannot support working from home.

Special Requirements

To be considered, you must provide a fully completed STD 678 application, resume, and statement of qualifications via CalCareers. Resumes submitted in lieu of the STD 678 may not be accepted. Completed STD 678 must include duties performed, start and end dates, and hours worked per week for each position held.

Required Application Package Documents

• Statement of Qualifications -

  You will be required to submit a writing sample which must include your name and the Job Control Number at the top left of the page. The topic will be:

  Describe a time that you received great customer service. What was the situation and what led you to be satisfied with the service you received?

  The writing sample should be typed in Arial 10-point font and be double-spaced. Please limit the length of your writing sample to a maximum of two pages.
