Job Description

Salary: $84,980 - 193,440 per year Requirements:

  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that necessitates co-location 2 to 3 days per week for US Tax professionals.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in development, showcasing expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python applications.
  • Practical experience in web development with FastAPI, including the use of Pydantic for data validation and schema definition.
  • Proven competencies in asynchronous and parallel programming with hands-on experience using asyncio.
  • Experience in Agile environments and implementation of core design patterns.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, along with SQL/NoSQL databases and Entity Framework 6+.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, depending on job duties and client demands.

  • One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing to obtain:

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement best practices and coding standards for the project.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews to uphold established guidelines and ensure superior code quality.
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively within the team.
  • Provide clear instructions to team members and manage the day-to-day operation workflow.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Design, develop, and sustain robust and scalable Python applications.
  • Write clear, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
  • Optimize code for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain application reliability and performance.
  • Create and update comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and workflows.
  • Mentor junior developers, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.

Eligible participants may also engage in a discretionary annual incentive program, whose awards depend on individual and organizational performance among other factors.
