Position Summary

Limitless Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our dynamic and growing team. This full-time position includes providing sports medicine care both in our clinic and through outreach coverage of local charter schools and Clark County schools . The ideal candidate is passionate about injury prevention, evidence-based treatment, and promoting athlete wellness both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services in clinical and field settings.
• Provide athletic training coverage for practices and events at assigned charter schools and Clark County schools , in collaboration with school staff and coaching personnel.
• Develop and implement individualized recovery, injury prevention, and return-to-play plans.
• Communicate regularly with coaches, parents, and school administrators regarding athlete health and participation status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, strength coaches, physicians, and other medical professionals.
• Educate student-athletes on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and wellness habits.
• Participate in professional development, community outreach, and staff training events.

Schedule & Work Expectations

• Full-time, salaried position requiring 40 hours per week .
• Includes evening, weekend, and travel coverage based on assigned school or event schedules.
• Athletic Trainers may be expected to provide coverage for events outside of their primary site based on the needs of Limitless Sports Medicine , including both clinic hours and field/event coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• BOC Certification and an active ATC credential.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Nevada.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Prior experience working with h
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and within a team.
• Passionate about youth athletics and community wellness.
