AIRCRAFT MECHANIC

Job Duties and Responsibilities for an Aircraft Mechanic

• Diagnosing malfunctions and conducting repairs in a timely manner to maximize uptime of all aircraft
• Establishing, performing, and tracking preventative maintenance
• Performing routine and annual inspections
• Troubleshooting, general repairs, overhauling, modifications, operational checks, and routine servicing on all aircraft
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for an Aircraft Mechanic

• High school diploma or equivalent
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience
• Experience on Piston Aircrafts, Turbo Props, or Light Business Jets
• Computer skills required to use a laptop for diagnostic tools, service manual reviews, and completion of work orders/time entry
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Work Schedule for an Aircraft Mechanic

The schedule for this position is typically Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM . Some flexibility is required.
